Conflict is inevitable.  It is the way we handle conflict that matters.  Mediation is a collaborative way of resolving disputes and solving problems.  The mediator or mediators who assist the parties help them separate their interests from their positions. 

The mediation process allows all individuals to have their say, uninterrupted, and to feel like they have been heard.  Through mediation, participants have an opportunity to collaboratively create a written solution for their situation in a safe, confidential setting.

Mediations can be scheduled at a time and place convenient for the participants.  All information shared with the mediator prior to the mediation and during mediation is confidential.
